EXHIBIT REGISTRATION at Fair Office, M-22, Onekama, July 25 – August 19, Mon. – Fri. Open 9 a.m. to 12 Noon and 1 – 5 p.m. (Open Class Production Livestock is subject to June 1-24 4-H Registration)
LAST DAY TO REGISTER – SATURDAY, Aug. 20, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. – No Exceptions
ENTRY DAY – MONDAY, Aug. 22, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
EXIT DAY – SUNDAY, Aug. 28, 8 a.m. to 12 Noon

“2011 EXHIBITOR INFORMATION”:  Please read this document carefully, as it contains registration dates, eligibility for departments and classes, etc.  The left column is for Open Class Exhibitors.  The right column is for 4-H Class Exhibitors.

“2011 RULES FOR EXHIBITORS”:  Important information about judging, premiums, health requirements, fees, and more.

“2011 OPEN CLASS MANISTEE FAIR BOOK”:  The actual book is YELLOW.  Typically, Open Class exhibitors are adults, but youth may also choose to exhibit in these departments.  A very limited amount of Open Class Fair Books will be available at the Extension office this summer – and at the fair office, later in August.  Most are being mailed to those who exhibited last year.

“2011 OPEN CLASS COVER SHEET”:  Required for all Open Class exhibitors.  Pay attention to the departments you have entries in.  The cover sheet tells you what supporting documents or statements are required for each department or activity.  Complete in BLUE or BLACK ink – in case we need to make copies later.  Attach all class numbers worksheets and other required documents to the cover sheet.

“2011 OPEN CLASS CLASS #s WORKSHEET”:  Required for all Open Class exhibitors (except 4-H Cloverbuds, see below).  Use your fair book as a reference.  Circle all the class numbers you plan to exhibit in.   Complete in BLUE or BLACK ink – in case we need to make copies later.
Last day to submit all fair registration material is Saturday, August 20, 2011, 2:00p.m.  Those who want to add additional exhibits in non-livestock and companion animal classes will have a chance to do so at the Manistee County Fair Office thru August 20 (call ahead for hours 889-5566).
